Scientific Name: Puma concolor
Did you know? The Puma is actually properly known as a Cougar, but holds a Guinness world record of having the largest number of names, with over 40 in English alone! Known also as a mountain lion, panther and many more, the Cougar's distribution is widespread across the Western Americas. It is the second largest cat in the Western Hemisphere (after the Jaguar) and the word "Puma" means powerful in the Peruvian Quechua Language. The adult Puma has a plain coat and yellow eyes, but infants are spotted and have blue eyes.
This is a puma shaker charm with intricate handpainting, soft shading of colour all around the charm and gently blushed for extra cuteness. Every wild cat charm is matched with a standing cat-shaped keychain, and a mixture of beads including genuine picture jasper bead, special pearlescent and bronze coloured beads and polished crystal beads. Complete with a matching leopard print mini puff ball.
Every wild cat is individually painted with love and care, and like in the wild, not all of them will look exactly the same.
Every piece of craft is meticulously handmade by Lunaliliputian but may still present with little flaws. Lots of love and attention has gone into creating these and trying to make them as perfect as possible so I hope you will enjoy them regardless of their imperfections ♥️
