Products

- All prices are indicated in USD

- While every piece is meticulously handmade with love, by purchasing handmade / artisan products, you accept that there may be flaws or imperfections present in the piece. 

- All craft pieces at Lunaliliputian are handmade and hence each piece may differ in patterns, colours, shape and size.

- Do allow for differences in colour due to lighting and monitor settings.

- No exchange or refunds will be permitted for claims that the product is different from the image.

Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. All items are checked thoroughly before shipping. Lunaliliputian is not responsible for parcels or mail damaged during shipping.

Can my craft piece be fixed if something happened to it?

Although I generally do not offer any warranty, refunds, returns or exchanges on craft pieces, I am still open to feedback about the condition of the pieces. I am willing to repair craft pieces where possible. I do not charge any repair costs, however, two-way shipping must be borne by the customer. Where in special cases that refunds are granted, the original craft piece must be shipped back and returned to me with shipping costs borne by the customer.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Shipping

- Please allow at least 7 working days for the product to be shipped after orders have been confirmed.

- Lunaliliputian will not be liable for lost mail. All parcels are handled through Singpost and tracked shipping is highly recommended.

- Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at time of purchase.
