How should I care for my craft piece?

Resin pieces can be wiped with a wet tissue, alcohol wipe or damp cloth. Metal parts and beads can be gently cleaned with a microfibre cloth. Avoid rough handling and do not drop the pieces.

Pieces may get worn down with use, but with proper care, they can last a long time. Metal parts may tarnish over time, however, this is unavoidable due to the nature of metal plating and manufacturer inconsistencies. I always do my best to select high quality parts and materials from reputable sources. Please refer to the craft care card in your package for more info on craft care.

Pieces with unique features such as Milky liquid and furry texture may not be entirely perfect as these have been created through my own research, experimentation and trial and error to get the best result I can achieve through handcrafting.

What is Lunaliliputian's return and exchange policy?

All sales are final! All items are checked thoroughly before shipping. Lunaliliputian is not responsible for parcels or mail damaged during shipping. I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?

All pieces are created with love and care, and are checked thoroughly before shipping. I ensure that they are intact and untarnished before I pack them for shipping. As these are handmade crafts, do understand that there is no guarantee or warranty accompanying the pieces, before or after use. Only purchase if you are comfortable with the risks associated with purchasing handmade craft goods.

Can my craft piece be fixed if something happened to it?

I generally do not offer any warranty, refunds, returns or exchanges on craft pieces. However, I am open to feedback about the condition of the pieces. I am willing to repair craft pieces where possible. I do not charge any repair costs, however, two-way shipping must be borne by the customer. Where in special cases that refunds are granted, the original craft piece must be shipped back and returned to me with shipping costs borne by the customer.
