The mountain bluebird is a brightly coloured bird, in a hue bluer than a cloudless sky. It is the state bird of Idaho and Nevada, and is found in several parts of the USA. The male and female are sexually dimorphic, meaning they have a different appearance. The bright blue birbs are actually the males, while the female have a grey colouration on their breasts, and lighter blue tones on their back.
This birb shaker design came to life from paper sketch to acrylic blank, and finally to pouring my very own molds! Inspired by birds of the world, it is also currently exclusively available only at Lunaliliputian.
This piece has a detailed painted colouration with feather-like strokes, and the softest little blushing face. The piece has also been coated in silver shimmering micro-powder, giving it a subtle sparkle all over.
Studded with swarovski crystals, acrylic flowers and assorted appliques.
Every piece of craft is meticulously handmade by Lunaliliputian, and packaged in lovely boxes that can be repurposed for keeping other trinkets.
